Types of Appliances

Here are some sample appliances we use in orthodontic treatment:

• The Rapid Palate Expander , also known as a "RPE," is an appliance used to widen the roof of the mouth in order to make room for teeth to grow. It is an appliance that requires turning each night for a specified period of time and results in the expansion of the upper arch.
  
  
• The Pendulum appliance is related to the Rapid Palate Expander except you don't have to turn this appliance.
  
  
• The Quad Helix is also an appliance used to expand the upper arch.

Types of Braces

Lingual Braces
Lingual braces are metal braces that are attached to the inside of the teeth and cannot be seen.

Damon 3 braces are a combination of clear material and stainless steel provides the aesthetics you will love. Ultra-smooth contours and rounded edges provide maxium comfort.
